The Hope Project
Outreach Church is very much committed to the different communities around us and bringing change and hope to those communities and so in 2006 we launched The Hope Project.
The Hope Project receives referrals from a variety of community agencies based in our local area with people who are struggling in life for a variety of reasons. The Hope Project then delivers food hampers to these clients on a fortnightly basis to help bring practical help and hope into their lives.
The Hope Project also runs a Christmas giveaway each year where we give away Christmas presents to children from all over the local area. In 2007 and 2008 we gave away over 150 gifts to a variety of children ranging from bikes to Nintendo DS Lites.
The Hope Project also works alongside local primary schools.
The Hope Project also has two charity shops in the local area which help fund all the work we do.
